Any club that has a valid and current membership with USA Artistic Swimming can advertise coach openings free of charge as a benefit to our membership. These openings are distributed via email messaging, Instagram story and website posting once monthly. Each month, these listings are cleared and clubs must renew the listing by emailing kennedy@usaartisticswim.org.

The list will be cleared on the first Monday of every month.

Tallahassee Serinas Artistic Swimming  

The Tallahassee Serinas, an established team in Tallahassee, FL since 1967, is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coaches to join our dynamic coaching staff. Our team is committed to fostering growth, skill development, and a love for artistic swimming in young athletes.

Exciting Opportunity: Assistant Coach for Scottsdale Synchro Arizona (SAZ) 
 
Are you a passionate and experienced Artistic Swimming coach looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Scottsdale Synchro Arizona is seeking an energetic Assistant Coach to join our team, under the leadership of our talented Head Coach Olivia Zhang. 
 
As a key member of our coaching staff, you'll have the opportunity to work with a group of 50 dedicated athletes and train at the state-of-the-art McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center, situated in the beautiful city of Scottsdale, Arizona. Our comprehensive training schedule spans 2-5 days a week (Monday to Thursday, and Saturday mornings) tailored to each team's needs.

Head Coach of ANA Synchro 
An exciting opportunity is immediately available as the Head Coach of ANA Synchro, a nationally competitive artistic swimming team based in Andover, MA. The Head Coach will be responsible for the artistic swimming program, which includes athletes at all levels (AWD, novice, intermediate, youth and juniors). The team competes at regional, zone and national competitions, and have placed a few swimmers on National Teams. 

This full-time director-level role will be employed by the Merrimack Valley YMCA, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility and offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefit and retirement program, and opportunities for professional growth.

Northern Virginia Nereids 
The Northern Virginia Nereids synchro club is seeking additional coaches for the 2025-26 season starting in August 2025, although qualified candidates would be welcome to start earlier and assist with this season as well. NVN is the largest artistic swimming team in the Washington DC metro area and has 50+ swimmers across all levels. We practice on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Audrey Moore Rec Center in Fairfax County, VA, outside Washington DC. We welcome any level of coaching experience and will pay accreditation costs for experienced artistic swimmers interested in becoming a coach. Synchro Belles
The Synchro Belles seeks a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic Head Coach in Central or Northeast Florida who can inspire young athletes, mentor and develop our current and future coaches, foster a supportive team environment, and lead the club to competitive success. This role demands a coach who is creative in their approach to leading, with an understanding of the interplay between movement, music, and storytelling in artistic swimming. The Head Coach would be expected to attend at least 1 practice per week, meet with the rest of the coaching staff twice monthly, and attend our competitions (currently eight per year). Other events such as conventions and conferences could be part of the role of connecting our organization to the greater artistic swimming community.
